Orders & Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, we process and ship it quickly. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at: info@adamnoreve.com with your order number and the correct address. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination country:

Standard Shipping - European Union (EU) Estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping - Rest of the World Estimated 7-10 business days after dispatch.
 Express Shipping - Worldwide Estimated 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. However, we currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Most orders will arrive in a single package. However, larger orders may be shipped in separate parcels, which may arrive on different days.

Tracking & Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the courier’s website. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update. If your tracking has not updated within this timeframe, it may be due to customs processing or delays by the carrier. If you have concerns, please contact us.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Please check with your neighbors, household members, or building management. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If needed, reach out to us for further support.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email: info@adamnoreve.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
